I thought the fantasy author Marion Zimmer Bradley was supposed to have started it.I come to understand that you may be saying that SCA came out of the "hippie" movement. If I am understanding correctly, I would like to say that SCA was not an outgrowth of the hippie movement, it grew from a history club at Berkley.
