Amazon UK has two - priced at 32 (gbp*) and 70+ (gbp*) Paul Meekins the bookseller has a copy listed at 55 (gbp) Is very out of print, being from around 25 years ago. Price probably depends on condition, and whether the seller knows what it's worth or not. Ebay's worth keeping an eye on, too, alhtough it doesn't have a copy right now.
