Well, just at the moment, she's down to the wire supports, having lost 1) a dry cleaners bag 2) the 1970s gauze peasant dress I use for a dust cover 3) my duct tape double shell and 4) the size 6? original molded form. But tomorrow, ah tomorrow...my mother's wedding dress from 1955 - with all 3 tiers of lace and tulle over heavy satin, silver beads, pearls & iridescent sequins & more buttons down the back & sleeves than I have time to count! She'll hold it up while I coax out some of the wrinkles, and then display it at my parents 50th wedding anniversary party on Friday.
