as he is most familiar with the high style
Has anyone seen blonde used on men's 18c shirts. I'm talking about the silk
lace, very fine and beautiful, sometimes in an off white color. The exhibit I
was at at the Mint Museum in Charlotte, NC had a late-ish 1700s black velvet
mens suit and they had it displayed with some reproduction blonde
frills/ruffles at the wrists and neck. I would have gone with a very fine
white linnen myself (that $40+ a yard stuff that I can't find here in North
Carolina)
18c Mia in Charlottetown, NC, getting ready to go to a Back-county Carolinas
Christmas. I'm Mrs. Judge Irwin, and will be helping him politic at the
bonfire. (Think guns shooting, whisky and general noisemaking) I might try to
do my hair 'a la mouton" this year, when one is ajudges wife, one leads the
fashions.
