Le Costume - De L'Antiquite A La Renaissance Francaise by L. Lejeune-Francoise
and L. Lamorlette. The book is so old that there is no copyright in it.

I did a quick check of Worldcat. The only book by those authors I found
is titled "Histoire du costume". The only copy is in Brussels and the
entry lists the date as "1950-1957?".
