I'm thinking you're going to have to grab yourself a copy of the
movie; I made the blue gown in 2004 and the movie was invaluable
for the detailing. :p

Thank you that's two more than I found. I gave in and bought the DVD
- it was really cheap so I crumbled. Yes, I borrowed the customer's
DVD for the blue dress - would never have managed without!!
