I have a resale number and have never been asked for it. The bigger problem is that the minimum order rate is high. (presently, about $75) It is not hard to meet this since I have a business and keep a likely stock for customers in shop..But occasionally I need only one thing and find it annoying to have to fill up the order with "possibles".
