I was thinking about Toni Whyte's costume and jewelry being stolen and it is a terrible thing to have happen. It has been cross-posted to almost every list I am on so the word is definitely getting out.
My question is....what is one supposed to do if they find an item on ebay or for sale somewhere? How can the item be recovered safely and who are you supposed to tell? I am sure someone out there has had experience with this--please share your knowledge!
