I am late in on the conversation, but I didn't see anyone mentioning the
duct-tape forms you can make. Depending on how big your commercial
dummy is, you can even use it as most of the stuffing. I have even made
these for clients, unstuffed and restuffed them years later for new
garments. Just be sure you find good quality duct tape...otherwise it
stretches!
