I've developed an addiction to playing with Google's Digitized Book
Search
feature, particularly when looking through the footnotes and bibliographies
of my own books. While doing this with my new Inventories of the Wardrobes,
(etc) of Henry Fitzroy and Katharine, Princess Dowager, I went out to look
at "Archeologia" since a great deal of this kind of information seems to
have been published prior to 1850 in this subscription based book/magazine.
In doing so I brought up History of the Western Highlands and Isles of
Scotland, from A.D. 1493 to A.D. 1625:
I realize that this is old scholarship; however, sometimes these books
have
facsimiles of original documents in them that can be used as sources for
your own research.
