Hi, i did actually email them, and they answered me allready today. They
told me that their silk stockings in white are sheer, so i would not want
those. But their cotton stockings are used by many reenactors, they told me.
I also could do as Kensington Pallace' exhibition about court costumes
learned me, that gentlemen wore cotton stockings first and then a pair of
silk stockings on top of the cotton ones, so as to hide all the bad hairs.

Are they in London? I couldn't find any online catalog. If they are
local
we could pop in while I am there. Anne
You could try Funn Stockings here in England.
