I discovered this magazine in the mid 1990s, They are doing for the needle arts what we of h-costume hope we are doing for fashion and textile arts. Every issue deals by history or handiwork what is being passed down or rediscovered by folk such as we are or hope to be. >From time to time I have passed on to the list current articles that by >serendipity or from my own interest, that seem to deal with topics of interest >to H-costume.
