It's Viyella.
First made here in Derbyshire, named after a road known as the Via Gellia (with
the old-fashioned English pronunciation of Latin) which was named for the Gell
family who had it built in the 18th century.

Try looking for Vyella(sp?). When I was young it was still made of wool, but
they may have changed to a cotton blend. It is very soft, but also a little
expensive.
