****************************** I am no expert on this field, but my understanding is that this is an example of Blackwork style of embroidery, only done in a monochrome red thread instead of black. And I intend on making those sleeves, and maybe the matching partlet as well. I just have other projects to do first, so those are in my "someday" box.
