And the two volume in a slipcase edition?: <http://www.taschen.com/pages/en/catalogue/books/design/all/facts/04401.htm> I ask because I've had the former on order with Borders.com for over two months and it doesn't look like they'll be able to get it. The first volume of the second edition is listed, but no mention is made at the Border's site that it includes both volumes. Please advise.
