I would charge by the hour regardless of the task you are assigned. 
This way, the Banke can continue to work you for any task they deem
necessary.  What to charge? Take your annual salary and divide by 2000
hrs (40hr week, 50 weeks in a year) and charge that as your hourly
rate. This should work in pounds, euros & dollars.
