Uhm, SG, that isn't a coat nor jacket, is the reproduction (made by Harriet Waterhouse) of the 1660s pink silk stays with sleeves in the V&A. :-D

I like the furry one, but also love the red (wool?) one? Reminds me, from the front, of Breughel type jackets, except with a placket. Do you have a picture of it without the 'kerchief? (also, if you could point me to a painting?)
