Hi all, I wore my favourite lower class chemise for cooking a feast a few weeks ago and flung it in the laundry basket. Since the weather's been rather rainy here lately it stayed there a while, and it must have had something wet up against it. Anyway, the other day I took it out and put it in the wash and didn't notice until I hung it out that it was mouldy - it has big patches of black red and yellow speckles all over the back.
Obviously washing hasn't done anything. Any suggestions for getting rid of the mould, or am I just going to have to make a new chemise? The chemise is actually a linen-cotton blend, a fairly sturdy fabric.
