Just realized it has been a month since I attended Robin's lectures in Oregon!
Wow, they were great. Very informative. I am sure she has saved me a lot of
time, frustration and money. I'm glad I put off making my dress until after I
went to the lectures. It also helped me narrow the period of everyone else's
clothing, as most of the women have picked a variation of the GFD already!
I did take some pictures and they turned out good. I'll be forwarding them to
Robin first for approval. I think the pictures are fine, but know for my own
self I am never happy with pictures of me that other people think are just fine.
Robin - there was one painting you used for reference that depicted several
sleeve types, including a woman kneeling in the background wearing a dark blue
gown with white tippets. What is that painting/illumination? and is it easily
found either online or in a book somewhere?
