Hi, this is my first post...Hope I am doing this right.
I have been read the posts on the inaccuracies and how gullible the general
public is about believing every thing they see in movies. I am really new to
costume spotting but because of my DH the entire family is known to yell at
the screen in any movie historical or modern "PICK UP THE AMMO/WEAPON", as
the good guy runs around ect...so now it will be punctuated with, "WHAT ARE
THEY THINKING THAT ISN'T EVEN THE RIGHT..." I will probably not be able to
get any of our friends to watch movies with us at all from now on. (Well
except for those who share our frustrations)

movie accuracy - it's sad to say, but sometimes movies are the only way some
people know about "big events". When I was watching Titanic in the theater,
the lady in front of me very loudly - and with VERY genuine shock - said "Oh
my god! The boat is sinking!!!" I mean really, that's not exactly news or a
little known fact hard to distinguish from the real story!
