I few things I learned:
Don't burn any bridges/costumes, at least not yet :). Try something just for fun. I know I sometimes get so caught up in a complete project I don't have time to enjoy the little bits that are my favorite part to research and work out. I did this w/ some Le Pompe patterns for example. Small project just for fun, no deadline, work at my leisure. Go do some of the things you haven't been able to do because you have deadlines or events to go to. And while these down-times happen, if it goes on to long do get a check-up to be sure there is not a physical cause (I will refrain from getting on my thyroid hobby horse here :) ).
