Y'all,
Are there any other fashion plate collelctors out there? I have some
wonderful handcolored vintage fashion plates and some ukiyo-e
(japanese woodblock prints, also hand-colored). Does anyone in/near
Silicon Valley know of a place that can mat & frame these in buffer
papers w/ UV occlusive "glass"?
The old place I patronized changed ownership & I"m not happy. I'm
looking for a new frameshop. Yeah, there's a zillion around, but so
few are any good. I'm hoping for a recommendation from someone who's
framed their fashion plates, rare prints, old photos & drawings, too.
