Yu could try asking here, go back one page you'll find a few pictures of a
flemish headdress.

I've made two headdresses of Cleves/Cologne:

As mentioned I wasn't too happy with my final result, but that was as much
to do with feeling like the Flying Nun as not being satisfied with shape and
materials.

No idea if any of these are what you are after.
