Hi there,
does anybody know a book or web page or anything where I can find some info
on making (drafting a pattern and instructions on sewing) a medieval
pourpoint? >Thanks:-)

Zuzana,
The only one I know of is Jeanne d'Arc, ses costumes, son armeur by A.
Harmand, circa 1928 IIRC. The pictures in the book are straight from
the BNF and very very good tho in B/W. The Musee de Tissue, Lyon
France has several articles on the de Blois pourpoint. You can
purchase copies. Of course, none of these sources are useful if you
dont read modern French. Harmand's research is very early in the
field of costume and makes quite a few assumptions that modern
researchers wouldnt. Her quotations from comtemporary docs is
excellent. It's a good early work. I do not recommend following her
methods for re-creation, if you're into serious "chapter & verse"
methodology.
As for technique, I wouldnt draft a patt. I'd would (and have done
several now) create the patt by draping. The Jeanne d'Arc book has a
croquis of the pourpoint (copied many websites). I found it useful
for determining seams, grainlines, openings, etc.
Search the h-cost archives for pourpoint, Charles de Blois. I know
I've posted about this alot and there was some interesting discussion
on stuffings, 14th c quilting techniques, and the mysterious powder
put in Jeanne d'Arc's pourpoint.
