Actually ... Vogue patterns has a booklet that you can purchase about this.
It is pretty damn good. Everyone that I know of that has ever used it loves
it.
They even have a drafting pattern kit, well, they used to, that would be
hidden in the very back of the last pattern case in the stores that carries
their patterns.
