The event is in Standing Stones/Columbia. I'm with Amlesmore but we are doing
the inn and assisting as SS had a major portion of their active membership
graduate/move and many are in their Highness' entourage.
I am not interested in this period as I am overweight and do like the thought
of form fitting garments on my form. :P But majority of both Shires seem to
gravitate to the period and so to help with the ambiance of the events and
future events, I need to make some late 1300s/early 1400s garments.
With the men's I just need to find time to get someone to help fit the hosen. I
will be using linen blends as wool is hard to come by around here and when it
comes by I don't have the money for it (sigh).
Thank you for the help. I have looked at the site you gave me earlier and have
a rough idea of what I will be making. "The Hunt" was written in 1390s but the
illustrations were created in the 1400s. So yes I guess since the event is
loosely based that I can swing over to the 1400s and look at the houppelandes.

PS. I have found myself looking into Burgundian and Samotigitian fashions of
the mid to late 1400s.
