It's the National Library of Norway. The manuscript in question is written in Italian, while the site and possibly the translation of the MS is written in Norwegian. I can't get that particular branch of the library site to come up in English, but I can get the main page and the MS searh pages to come up in English. After that, I have no idea how to get to the "smoking lady" from there. I can do a screen capture and paste the picture into a word document and then pull the words off the page and then feed them into babelfish for an italian to English translation, but I don't know that it would work.
