A difficult one to respond to without more precise information however, if the 
package referred to is the male package, the following may help...

Take a little out above the fork of the trousers.

Female hip/seat measurements are generally wider than male ones so there may be 
some extention needed there (often, you can split the centre-back and create a 
little more there but not much.
