She has the same shape my dolly does when i have the wheel farthingale and outfit on her. I think it's just the style of the underpinnings

and all of a sudden realized the gown does not seem symmetrically round.

Doesn't this seem much further out in the front than everywhere else?

Do you think she is pregnant?
Seems a little low for pregnancy.
