If you zoom in you will see that there is lace coming from the bodice
peaking up from behind the skirt. Something is going on in the back.
Maybe some
kind of tail on the "vest". Or the vest may be attached to the
bodice, although
it doesn't really look it.
Someone in San Francisco run check it out for us. :-P
