One correction, Robin -
The free membership for Friday (one-day) does not include the Friday
Night Social. There is a $5.00 event fee for that event if you are
not a full weekend member, as this is a catered by the hotel
event. I don't think this is mentioned on the website - I'll drop a
hint to fix that....

Subject: [h-cost] New info on CostumeCon
This may be of interest to you if:
-- You're attending CostumeCon on a one-day membership for Saturday,
March 31, the day of the Netherton lectures (or considering doing so); or
-- You'd like to come for the lectures, but you think a one-day
membership is a little too expensive for five lectures and one day of con
activities; or
-- You're within easy driving range and would just like a peek into what
CostumeCon is like.
If so, you might be interested to know that one-day memberships are FREE
for Friday. Friday is a slower day, as it doesn't have one of the big
shows (like Saturday and Sunday do). But there's still plenty to keep you
busy: some panels, an extensive dealer's room, and the Friday Night
Social, to name just a few. And lots of costumers wandering around,
chatting, hanging out in hospitality, etc.
(If you're coming for the whole con, you've got Friday through Monday
already!)
