Thanks for this. It was Denver Fabrics silk taffeta, then i understand the cheap prices. I guess its fitted for shirts and blouses, not dresses.

I'd think so, Bjarne....the "handkerchief" linen I use for shifts and veils
is 3.1 oz, and it's fairly light.  A little more substantial than my ideal
(for handkerchief linen), but considered lightweight, nonetheless.
