The first time this book came around, I ordered a dozen copies directly from Italy -- from an Italian bookseller, not the publisher. Since I bought in quantity, I got a decent discount. They took Visa so payment was easy. I sold them locally (no additional shipping costs involved) for $75/each. I don't know who might have them now, but if no one in the US is carrying it, I'd suggest trying European sellers. Buying internationally really isn't that big a deal. I used to find books semi-professionally and often bought internationally.
