Oh, indeed, that's tremendously helpful. I've ILL'ed them all, hopefully they won't take ten years to get here. Thanks to everybody who's responded to this. My plan for the marines is to chop up a bunch of red wool blazers and modify them so they're pretty and redcoatty. I've got a navy-type coat, and some fall-front navy pants, for our midshipman. I've also got an 18th century-ish dress and a corsetty-thing which I plan to dye. Whoever used to be in charge of costume was not really big on the historical accuracy thing, but I mean to change that. The overall costume design is due March 12th, and the one thing I don't have a fixed idea about is the aborigine. Does anyone know any books or othe resources about the aborigines in general that would have helpful information or pictures? Much thanks, Anna --
