They do carry dress material, just not as much as the quilting. Though they do carry more formal/ holiday dress material around Christmas. Their prices for home decor is the same or more in price with/then JoAnns They have jumped on the fleece bandwagon and have a better selection then Walmart but not to the extent that Jo Ann's has. They sell patterns, but they never really supplied dressmaker fabrics, so if people aren't sewing clothing, it's not really hurting them. Quilting is still very big.
