Robin Hood has always been at least 90% fantasy anyway *************** Yeah, but it is HISTORICAL fantasy in that the events that are the catalyst for the whole thing concern real people [Richard the Lionhearted and King John] and events [the crusades] so there's no excuse for nutty costuming. It's like saying "Gone With the Wind" should just ignore hoop skirts. [Indeed, for the time that film was made, the costumes are very accurate]. Robin Hood is really only like 65.02% fantasy. I mean, is one going to have it take place in the period or not? ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. _______________________________________________ h-costume mailing list [email protected] http://mail.indra.com/mailman/listinfo/h-costume
