This page has a link which takes you to amazon.co.jp's home page. Plug the ISBN into the search box to go to the page for the book. On that page, there's a box that says "would you like to see this page in English?" Clicking that box doesn't translate the title information, but it translates most of the rest of the page, including the part that says that the book is not presently available. There is a box you can click to get an e-mail from Amazon.jp when/if the item becomes available.
