Wow, what a cloak! Especially since peacock feathers don't come cheap! This cloak is priceless! You must have put in weeks of work! It could be worn for fantasy, at one of Queen Anne of Denmark(wife of James I of England's)masques, or be on the haute couture catwalk today.
