Be careful of a bookseller on Abebooks called Anybook. They are registered out of Hialeah Florida. They don't actually have an inventory of books. They just list all of the books that other places are selling and mark them up by hundreds of dollars. If you google Anybook Hialeah you will see some of the experiences people have had.
