Apparently you have to be British (hah!) to sign the petition.
However, if you go to the website below, you should be able to
contact the "Department of Culture, Media and Sport", which should be
the relevant Government Department.

From another list I'm on - please sign if you agree with the
petition - too many places like this in England are being
closed/destroyed. I am sure international pressure will help.
