I might take the prize for oddest:  a commissioned stretch bellydance dress of 
holographic copper foil fused to spandex -- it looks like liquid metal.  It's a 
40's-inspired dress, with a low-cut twisted bodice, slashed flared short 
sleeves open to the shoulder, a tummy-revealing panel of power net and a 
close-fitting 8-panel trumpet skirt with lots of flare at the bottom.
 
It's coming along very well; with all the added rhinestones, sequin trim and 
Egyptian glass fringe, though, there's so much light coming off the dress that 
it gives me a headache if I work on it too long...
