The castle design evokes late Norman architecture to me.  Compare to
this tower at Dublin castle circa 1230:

There's not a ton of resources for 13th c. clothing that I'm aware of.
 Very generally, you'd have long, fairly loose tunics with high round
necklines and sleeves that taper toward the wrist.  The Maciejowski
(aka Morgan) Bible is the best visual reference I can think of (c.
1250)

The Medieval Tailor's assistant might be helpful if you can borrow a
copy; otherwise there are a multitude of geometric-cut tunic patterns
on the web.  Of course, that's for the style of the building.  You'll
want to check whether the bride has something different in mind.
