I love your inspiration gown!! I think a small tilted-forward hat would be 
much more likely then a bonnet. You can take a look at some period 
pictures here: http://www.demodecouture.com/hair/hair_early.html to get an 
idea of the shape. I've just gotten Lynn McMaster's pattern for a full 
sized version of the kind of hat I'd recommend, but since I haven't tried 
it yet, I can't comment on the pattern itself. (http://lynnmcmasters.com/
