I remember that Antonia Fraser claims in her biography of Mary Queen of Scots 
that Mary (who I assumed was the "cousin" of Elizabeth referred to) was 
nearly 6 feet tall (5' 11', or something like that).  However, I don't 
remember what Fraser's alleged source was.
