I also have a pair of shoes by Sarah Juniper (1570s), and I can't say enough good things about them. She will make them as accurate as you wish, and you have never worn anything so comfortable. Two caveats: as far as I know, she does not have email, and she does not take credit cards. For those of us across the pond, it makes doing business less convenient, but it is SO worth it.
