What part of the era? I wear plain cheeks & ears over a forehead cloth, c1570 - or do they want a blackwork worked quoife - or a pattern for the polychromatic? (Both of which I cannot yet prove was worn in public)

I also might know who the quoife may be for, if you will share the name of the correspondant as I know of an up-coming elevation where this may apply.
