Hi all, Thanks a lot for all your suggestions and thoaghts about the word CREPINER. A friend in Sweden wich has almost same language as danish, told me that they have the same word, and that it meens ruffles. Either gathered or pleated ruffles. So with a pannier, it would be ruffles at the bottom perhaps. I just wanted to tell you, that the word was found. Thankyou!
