Yes, but the SCA can't prohibit people from mentioning the SCA, and I
doubt they are trying to do that -- just trying to be sure nobody says
they're doing Official SCA Stuff without organization approval -- as
that thread goes on to mention. (That's my original post, yes, should
anyone be curious.)
