Seriously... if I were to dress ENGLISH in the 1960's I think of retro,
pseudo-Edwardian as opposed to shorts and jeans and t-shirts. Maybe she's
wearing a cowboy hat.
You might want to check out a film like "If it's Tuesday, This Must be
Belgium." and compare it to an episode of "The Avengers".
