Thanks. I knew 'how' to use it, but was not certain about costume applications. The bulk issue had not entered my mind and was exactly what I was looking for. If there is a costume application for this product, it needs to be seriously considered against the more traditional techniques. I won't just dive in with it head-first. It may end up in a donations box. Thanks. Laurie It makes quick cartridge pleats, The tape is bulky, but you have to face the waist anyway to make the pleats. Don't throw it out, if you can't use it give it to a costume shop somewhere.
